A public directory profile comes with the Pro plan (£9/month) — the same subscription that unlocks every tool. Go Pro, tell us about your firm, and your profile goes up. No application process, no commission on work you win, and you can take your listing down whenever you like.
Are the tools free to use?
5 practical calculators are free forever, no account needed — Concrete, VAT & CIS, Roofing, Paint and the Unit Converter. The full set of 60 tools, AI documents, unlimited quotes and cloud sync come with Pro at £9/month, or £29/month for a whole firm of up to ten people.
What areas do you cover?
Our online tools are available to anyone in the UK and can be used from any device with a browser. The Find a Builder directory currently focuses on England, with plans to expand into Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland later this year. If you are a tradesperson outside England and would like to be notified when we launch in your area, drop us an email and we will add you to the waiting list.
