Confirm the wall matches the published 90–105mm cavity and 100–115mm inner-leaf scope for Catnic TS90/100, TH90/100 and TX90/100 lintels.
Obtain the total uniformly distributed load and inner-to-outer load ratio from a competent structural assessment.
Enter the clear structural opening; the tool adds the minimum 150mm bearing at each end and rounds up to a published standard length.
Confirm there are no point, impact or eccentric loads before revealing the manufacturer-table match.

The tool does not calculate a lintel load. Its input must be the total UDL already assessed for the actual masonry, floor, roof and live loads. Catnic's table conditions, wall geometry, load ratio, sound bearings and installation details must all be satisfied. Point loads, existing or distressed masonry, unusual load paths, temporary works, lateral restraint, DPC and cavity-tray details, corrosion exposure, fire resistance and Building Control requirements remain outside the lookup. Never substitute another brand or product code on the basis of this result.
