How to use the Invoice Generator

1. Enter the supplier, customer, invoice number, dates and exact line items.
2. Select VAT, reverse-charge and CIS treatment only after checking which rules apply.
3. Review the subtotal, VAT, deduction and amount payable against the contract and records.
4. Save, export or email the invoice and retain the supporting accounting evidence.

• Makes reverse-charge and CIS choices visible for review rather than hiding them in totals.

The generator performs arithmetic from the entered data; it does not decide VAT liability, reverse-charge eligibility, CIS status, tax point, invoice-content requirements or whether a cost is labour or materials. Those decisions remain with the supplier and accountant. Saved and imported records are validated and issued invoices are locked against content edits, but this is not a complete accounting ledger or credit-note system. Use a formal correction or credit-note process where an issued invoice must change.
